Benjamin Zander

Benjamin Zander has been the distinguished conductor of The Boston Philharmonic Orchestra since its formation twenty years ago. He is also the conductor of Boston’s renowned Youth Philharmonic Orchestra and is Artistic Director of the music programme at Walnut Hill, a High School for the Performing Arts in Boston.

Benjamin Zander has conducted most of the great orchestras of the world. His accomplishments in controlling the orchestral world translate effortlessly into the business world bringing a fresh perspective to leadership, creativity, coaching and teamwork, viewed from his own unique insight into the harmonisation of many elements into one whole.

In recent years, Benjamin Zander has become the most sought after speaker in the management circuit.
