Jolly Kunjappu is a world renowned management consultant, an accomplished musician, a best-selling painter and a world class percussionist. He has also composed music for some of the world’s most prestigious opera companies. As a management consultant with over 20 years experience he motivates business leaders from all fields and offers a different perspective on management issues. Jolly Kunjappu, born in Madras, arrived in the early Seventies in Europe. There the world class percussionist collaborated with a variety of interesting and internationally famous musicians and bands such as The Rolling Stones, Alphonse Mouzon, Klaus Doldinger, Larry Coryell or Airto Moreira. In 1994 Jolly organized concerts in Berlin and Munich to promote the idea of international, interracial and multicultural friendship, where he performed together with musicians from 14 different nations.

Jolly breaks the mould when it comes to preconceptions about business speakers. He uses radical new thinking and ideas to show audiences how to communicate new ideas, break down barriers and how to overcome cross-cultural challenges.
